The intention of this program is to awake, develop and master your mental skills and self-knowledge. After finishing the program, you have the skills to walk your unique path in life and are capable to meet adversity with the right mindset of courage and confidence. To understand how to work with discipline, but also self-love.

The Path of the Fortitude Athlete
Fortitude consists of several levels. Once you commence your journey, you become and take the path of the fortitude athlete.
Level 1: The Fundamentals
First you will be introduced into The Fundamentals. You will get to know your teacher of this course and how his Fortitude journey started. Along with the absolute essentials you are being prepared for Level 2: The 7 Skills
Level 2: The 7 Skills
Special Forces meets Sport Psychology. In Level 2 you learn 7 mental skills combined with practical Special Forces experience. Skills to increase your athletic performance, professional career and daily life.
Level 3: The Freedive
Most people know a lot about everything around them, but... What do you know about yourself? Who are you? Level 3 is a free dive into your depths. Become not only aware of your current mindset, but also learn to re-set and re-program it.
